Yesterday I had the pleasure to share the floor with my esteemed colleagues Jana Essebier Marco Dell’Erba Janina Pietrowska and “unlock” MiCA!
Inter alia we discussed about MiCA, the Liechtenstein Blockchain Act and how can Swiss crypto companies potentially leverage the LI legal regime as well as what would be the requirements for a Swiss company to provide it’s CASPs in EU.
On another note, Marco shared very interesting insights about crypto trading platforms by making a paralellel between centralized and decentralized exchanges, but not just. Furthermore he raised awareness about the importance of corporate governance of crypto companies.
Finally, we could not avoid the DeFI related questions.
